Lancaster General Health has established their multidisciplinary Post-COVID-19 Recovery and Rehabilitation Therapy program to treat patients experiencing post-COVID-19 issues in a coordinated manner. The goal of the program is to provide consultation, direct care as needed, and on-going care through primary care offices for patients who have lingering physical, cognitive or behavioral symptoms following COVID-19 infection.
The Lancaster General Health team features members from case management, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology and neuropsychology. The goal of the program is to evaluate each patient individually and provide a customized care plan. Patients will be evaluated initially by our physical therapy and occupational therapy team.
