I help people who feel stuck in some areas of their lives. There are many ways that we can get stuck. It may be a behaviour that you are having a hard time changing. It may be an emotional state you can’t get rid of. Or you have Long COVID like me and want to talk to someone who understands.

What I do is help people get unstuck. I work with adults to help them regain movement and freedom. My goal is for you to have less frustration, less anxiety, and less depression.
